Making your signature picture show

In order to make your signature picture show you must do the following things.

1. Go to: UserCP->Settings & Options->Edit Signature
2. Upload your photo - either from a file sharing site or from your pc - *make sure your photo meets the size requirements* It is listed in the window where you upload, and can also be found here.
3. After you save your photo it will be displayed and to the right of the photo there will be a link that say "Insert Signature Picture". You need to either click on that link or manually add the BB code to make your signature show. To manually add the BB code add the following line in the edit box for your signature: [SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

See the attached photo of the final result.

Note: You don't need to use the [ center ] [ /center ] tags as the signature area is centered by default.

Edit: Odd, sig only shows up in posts post sig edit, even if you go back and edit a previous post and save sig does not show up.

it works. The oddity you are describing is due to the database. Your previous posts will take a bit to show your sig, also for some reason the default is to not show sig pics, so it takes even longer for the database to add this to your old posts. I can fix this in the database though. Page caching can also cause this problem - try clearing the private data from your web browser and see if the problem goes away.

You can manually change your old posts if you choose edit->advanced editor and then check the show signiture box, then save.
